Team chemistry has long been considered an "intangible"...
Difficult to predict, impossible to measure, and too elusive to replicate...
The premier software for businesses and teams to improve chemistry
Our Mission is to make all relationships more productive by helping people establish more meaningful and effective connections through human analytics. Our passion is to create better outcomes and a more enjoyable environment in business, sports, and personal relationships.
InnerZone ® is a Software as a Service company that utilizes well-established principles of human psychology to deliver actionable data. Our proprietary assessments offer a high degree of accuracy while remaining minimally invasive, and our human analytic technology quickly and accurately identifies the sources of friction and natural rapport between individuals and groups. Our primary instruments take only 2 to 4 minutes to complete and effectively power a range of productivity enhancing applications. While InnerZone ® analytics are applicable in a wide range of verticals, our current suite of products, offered in both web and mobile platforms, is focused on InnerZone ® Commerce and InnerZone ® Sports.
InnerZone ® Commerce delivers by improving staffing decisions, outcomes, and productivity within work groups. The fixed communication traits relied upon by InnerZone ® Commerce are valuable across a wide range of use cases, including HR, recruiting, team building, care management, healthcare provider/patient relationships, customer care, CRM, and education, among others.
InnerZone ® Sports is tailored to the unique needs of athletic teams to improve team chemistry and athletic performance. Professional, college, and high school teams utilize this software to generate valuable data that can be used in their coaching and recruiting decisions.
Both InnerZone ® Commerce and InnerZone ® Sports provide immediate feedback upon completion of the brief InnerZone ® assessment in the form of (a) individual communication profiles; (b) organizational reports that detail the prevalent communication patterns within departments, teams, positions or any defined group; and (c) chemistry reports that detail unique communication strengths and provide a more in-depth analysis of any pair of individuals. Other reports are also available for more in-depth statistical analyses. For example, InnerZone ® Sports features a Lineup Analytics report which provides an analysis of the point differential for every lineup used during a game based on the communication profiles of each lineup. Custom-designed consulting services are also available.
InnerZone ® is a division of The Grant Company, a human analytics firm named after the developmentally challenged son of its founder, Mack Hull. Mack is a 40+ year financial services professional who, in the early 2000s, determined that both his success and enjoyment were largely determined by his interaction with people – not things or traditional data. Because of this, he looked for ways to predict which individuals he would most likely enjoy interacting with in his business. After utilizing several off-the-shelf products, he worked with industrial psychologists to develop the precursor of the InnerZone ® assessment.
Within a short time of using this remarkably accurate and efficient proprietary assessment to qualify prospective and current clients, Mack’s revenue increased by 300%. But even more importantly, his sense of personal satisfaction and daily enjoyment increased immeasurably. Soon after this revelation, the InnerZone ® team was formed to refine and enhance this initial instrument and to build complementary services to similarly enhance other areas of commerce.
Additionally, with lifelong interest and involvement in team athletics, Mack was always intrigued with an aspect of sports that had long been seen as an intangible: team chemistry. By taking what he had learned from his own experiences in the athletic arena and combining it with the analytics initially designed for his business, the InnerZone ® team developed a platform that measures the natural connections existing between individuals, effectively identifying and predicting team chemistry.
High school, college, and professional teams have found that InnerZone ® Sports offers a competitive edge in improving team chemistry, leading to better outcomes in a wide variety of areas, from mitigating organizational conflict to improving team performance.
InnerZone ® is a proud supporter of Heartstrings Community Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Heartstrings assists adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities to live meaningful, productive, and independent lives through successful employment in the business community. The staff at InnerZone ® enjoy the weekly visits from the special people at Goody Delivery, one of five businesses operated by Heartstrings.
